When you break outside of the boundaries of corporate social media, there's an entire World Wide Web of pages to explore and get lost in. I love seeing people make their own spaces to showcase what they love, and each page's unique look and feel shows off just how fun the Internet can still be when you look for the good stuff. Some of these links are personal blog pages, some are hobby sites, and others are older websites that have been online for decades. I'll be adding more buttons and links as I continue to browse over time. You should give these people a click!

- The Altair Accretion Homepage - An old fan site from 1998 focused on pulp magazine-style stories, monster movies, and the writings of Robert E. Howard. A fantastic time capsule of old Internet fandom, and an awesome showcase of 90s Internet design.
- Barry's Temple of Godzilla - One of the oldest Godzilla fan sites on the Web, running since 1996.
- Hayes Hudson's House of Horror - An independent blog covering horror, exploitation, and cult films. Been running since 2009, and still going!
- Ray's Miscellany - One of the coolest personal pages that I've seen, and it's been running since 1999! Not only is it filled with many collections and life memories, but it also features great resources such as a Webring List and a selection of Indie Web Directories.
- Vimm's Lair - One of the oldest and best emulation sites on the Web, running since 1997. It's a fantastic repository of emulators, ROMs, and links to numerous gaming resources.
